Matthew Rowe Bio

Matthew is a Partner based in our Norwest and Sydney offices. Matthew has focused his practice on providing general commercial advice to multinationals and their subsidiaries, small to medium enterprises and franchisors. Matthew has many years experience in advising in the franchising industry and has acted for major franchisors and Master Franchisees in various industries, including across the retail food, trade services, construction and agricultural equipment and motor cycle industries. Matthew regularly presents at franchising industry functions on topical legal issues. Matthew is a Public Notary and has been acknowledged as an Accredited Specialist in Business Law by the Law Society of NSW.
