Jeremy is a Partner in HWL Ebsworth’s Corporate and Commercial Team in Melbourne. Jeremy has worked on a large range of commercial transactions involving business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, takeovers, schemes of arrangement, capital raisings, venture capital, private equity, in-bound foreign investment and corporate restructures. Jeremy advises clients in a variety of industries including agribusiness, food and beverage, financial services and has particular expertise in health and aged care. Jeremy has been named for over a decade in “Best Lawyers Australia” for Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Law and Corporate Law.
