David Lee Bio

David has extensive experience advising both local and international clients on corporate and commercial matters. He has worked in Australia and South Korea, both in private practice and as an in-house counsel. He has particular expertise in the energy and resources sector, including advising on farm-in/farm-out agreements, analysis of petroleum legislation, and land access agreements. David has also advised on major international infrastructure projects, covering both front-end and back-end matters. His experience includes reviewing EPC contracts, managing warranty claims, negotiating shipbuilding contracts, and handling international construction arbitrations. Since 2023, David has served as a board member of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Korea, actively contributing to the Chamber’s initiatives and engagement with the business community.
