Paul Brown is a partner in the Commercial Group specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and corporate governance. Paul has extensive experience in the property, infrastructure and funds management industries. He regularly advises on corporate structuring (companies, trusts, managed investment schemes, stapled structures), joint ventures, securities regulations (Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules) and property and infrastructure projects. In a legal career of over 30 years, Paul has worked as an in-house lawyer for five years and has a pragmatic and down-to-earth manner appreciated by his clients.
