Prior to (re)joining HVG Law in Eindhoven in 2015, Susan gained substantial business law expertise as in-house counsel of respectively VION Food Group (General Counsel from 2007-2013) and ASML (Deputy Company Secretary/ Director Legal Corporate and Compliance from 2013-2015). She was involved in many corporate, commercial | M&A and related (re)finance transactions and the decision-making process thereof. She also gained in-depth expertise with legal risk management and compliance programs. The combination of her experience as a lawyer and in-house counsel enables Susan to act as a true business partner and to solve the issues for her clients in a practical manner.
