Susan ten Haaf Bio

Susan is leading the expertise Corporate M&A in Eindhoven. She is also Co-Founder of HVG Innovation and leading HVG Law’s team of specialized lawyers and notaries for startups and scaleups. Prior to (re)joining HVG Law in Eindhoven in 2015, Susan gained substantial business law expertise as in-house counsel of respectively VION Food Group (General Counsel from 2007-2013) and ASML (Deputy Company Secretary/ Director Legal Corporate and Compliance from 2013-2015). She was involved in many corporate, commercial | M&A and related (re)finance transactions and the decision-making process thereof. She also gained in-depth expertise with legal risk management and compliance programs. The combination of her experience as a lawyer and in-house counsel enables Susan to act as a true business partner and to solve the issues for her clients in a practical manner.
