Curt Chase leads the firm's Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education industry team. He has developed a national healthcare practice providing transactional, regulatory and compliance guidance for hospitals, physicians and other types of healthcare providers. Curt routinely serves as outside counsel to hospitals and health systems regarding complex hospital/physician integration arrangements. He also is experienced in handling compliance and reimbursement matters, including government investigations and internal compliance reviews. Curt also is a frequent speaker on healthcare matters before various organizations. In addition, his deep knowledge has been recognized by his peers.
