Mark Hilly specializes in M&A and equity financing arrangements. Markku also assists clients in demanding infrastructure projects. Before joining HPP, Markku worked for Nokia. He has extensive experience in demanding technology projects in an international environment. While at Nokia, he was responsible for Nokia's legal departments in China and the United States. Markku served as CEO of HPP from 2015 to 2024.
