James Stephen is a senior corporate lawyer who takes a pragmatic and solutions-focussed approach when advising clients. He has over 25 years’ experience of advising on corporate legal matters including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraisings, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory issues. James acts for clients of all sizes including public and private limited companies, LLPs, partnerships and entrepreneurs. His clients operate across a range of sectors. James has completed the Power MBA course which has given him an excellent insight into the commercial challenges his clients might face.
