Philippe Konig specialises in cross-border and Dutch company law, mergers and acquisitions, and financing. He advises on the establishment of national and international joint ventures, and has a special focus on transactions at the interface between company law, financing and tax law. Examples include participation schemes, and special projects: one-off projects that combine these aspects with creativity. He also focuses on public-private partnerships, investment funds and restructurings. Philippe finds creative solutions for projects involving ostensibly opposing points of departure.
