Bram Caudri leads Houthoff's Corporate/M&A practice. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, including corporate takeovers, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, and other types of collaborations. His work focuses on private equity and M&A transactions with an international angle, He represents both domestic and foreign private equity and venture capital investors and strategic parties. He is a member of the International Bar Association.
