and access,
Jaclyn Faulds concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial transactions, general corporate law, securities regulation and real estate. Jaclyn represents clients in a diverse range of sectors, including those in manufacturing, recycling, specialty glass design, materials distribution and logistics, technology and robotics, medical device development, cancer research, and real estate development. Jaclyn specialized in commercial transactions – whether a closely held business is engaging in succession planning for the next generation of leadership or a group of investors is looking to grow its portfolio, Jaclyn has a wide range of experience assisting clients in complex stock and asset transactions, mergers and reorganizations. Jaclyn’s diverse background gives her the ability to find creative solutions to complex issues and she does not shy away from a challenge. In addition to business transactions, Jaclyn counsels her clients with common sense day-to-day operational problem-solving skills, serving as outside general counsel to businesses from small start-ups to multi-generational family-owned enterprises. She commonly drafts and reviews nondisclosure agreements, terms and conditions, independent contractor and consulting agreements and counsels clients on entity formation issues and securities matters, and emergency situations such as data breaches, employee complaints and ownership transitions. Jaclyn also specializes in helping her clients become third-party certified as being owned by women, minorities, individuals with disabilities, members of the LGBTQ community, and service-disabled veterans. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Jaclyn was a ceramic artist and therapist with children with developmental disabilities.
