Bio

Joshua Spiegel is a partner and co-founder of the firm and advises companies and entrepreneurs on corporate and commercial transactional matters including business formations and governance, shareholder rights, business transactions and relationships, private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, protection and exploitation of intellectual property, technology and content licensing, commercial leasing, and employment matters. His clients include businesses in software and technology, media, advertising/marketing and branding, web/graphic design, construction trades/services, retail/e-commerce, fashion/textiles, and business consulting. Prior to co-founding the firm, Joshua held director level positions at The Princeton Review, Inc., a leading international education publishing company, and Cybersettle, Inc., a premier online dispute resolution company, where he focused on complex business transactions, government contracting, and operational initiatives. Joshua has also practiced as a solo attorney and as an associate in The Law Offices of Fredrick Harrison Kaplan, LLP. Joshua received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and his B.S. degree (magna cum laude) from New York University, where he graduated as a Founders Day Scholar. Joshua is licensed to practice in New York.
