Lawrence Feller is a partner at HMB, providing counsel on day-to-day operations, transactions and joint ventures. Larry works with entrepreneurs, privately-held companies, family offices and private investors through the entire life of their businesses and investments, from concept to planning and execution. He provides general counsel advice on transactional, tax planning and business matters with a focus on developing joint venture agreements.
