Jamie Ross is a Partner in HMB’s Real Estate Group and focuses his practice on commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. Jamie partners with clients on all aspects of their real estate projects to help them achieve their personal and business goals. He represents developers and investors, closely held companies, retail and industrial businesses, commercial lenders and family offices. With over two decades of experience spanning real estate, corporate, restructuring and commercial litigation matters, Jamie helps clients with nearly all aspects of structuring and financing their real estate transactions and investments. He advises on entity structures, strategic planning and day-to-day operations, and has significant knowledge in commercial contract claims, lien priority disputes, fraudulent conveyances, commercial mortgage foreclosures, workouts and the enforcement of security interests.
