Thomas Francis Beckett practice area is M&A transactions and private equity related investments. He advises on formation and structuring of private equity funds, venture capital and infrastructure related funds. Thomas is a seasoned, commercial deal-maker and has led a large number of transactions of all types and sizes, Danish and cross-border, involving private equity- and corporate clients. He advises a broad range of Danish and international clients, investment banks, private equity funds and financial institutions.
