Peter Helbo Langsted is specialised within M&A, and for the past ten years, he has participated in many high-profile transactions in Denmark. Peter advises Danish and international clients on all aspects of the transaction process across all sectors and has international M&A experience from the New York offices of the US law firms Winston & Strawn and Jenner & Block. Peter also advises founders as well as investors on venture and growth investments and has practical experience as co-owner of a number of start-ups. Finally, Peter advises on general corporate law, including company-law restructuring, group structuring, ownership, etc. Peter is an external lecturer in company law at the University of Copenhagen and is the author and co-author of several books and articles on corporate issues, contract law and criminal law.
