Mikkel Primdal Kaeregaard advises a wide range of Danish and international companies and capital funds in connection with M&A transactions and funding and conclusion of important agreement packages and alliances of strategic importance to the company. Mikkel is specialised in company law; he has wide experience in limited liability companies and the corporate forms partnerships and limited partnerships and has in-depth knowledge of the advantages and disadvantages of these corporate structures. Further, Mikkel was posted at the M&A department of Lawrence Graham LLP in London; he is member of several boards and has also been appointed arbitrator before the Danish Institute of Arbitration.
