Lise Lotte Hjerrild Hjerrild is specialised in M&A, Corporate, ECM and ESG. She advises a number of Danish and international clients on all M&A, capital markets, corporate and ESG matters. Both C-suite and boards. Since 1997, Lise Lotte has led a large number (+150) of private and public M&A transactions, including cross-border purchases and sales of companies, mergers and demergers of listed companies, listings and delistings, take-over bids, structured auction processes and investments in Danish and foreign companies. Lise Lotte is an experienced negotiator and chairperson and has over the years headed numerous general meetings, board & management meetings and private M&A negotiations on behalf of target, sell-side and/or buy-side, especially industrials within Energy, Life Sciences & Healthcare and Advisory. Lise Lotte Hjerrild was recognized as Corporate Governance Lawyer of the Year in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) in 2023 for her achievements within Corporate Governance in Denmark and abroad and her longstanding commitment to further women lawyers’ careers.
