Lars Luneborg is specialised within banking and finance law and has substantial international experience from working several years in the City of London. He has acted for both lenders and borrowers/sponsors and he has gained commercial insight from a secondment to a major investment bank in London. Lars advises on a wide range of areas within banking and finance - primarily on national and international transactions involving syndicated loans, leveraged finance, financial restructuring and general corporate finance. Lars has substantial experience in drafting and negotiating loan agreements, intercreditor agreements and security documents and in complex project management across jurisdictions.
