Claus Bennetsen is specialised within banking and finance law. He has more than 20 years of experience advising banks, financial institutions and their customers about financing and reorganisation, including acquisition finance, financing of real estate portfolios and other major assets like windmills, and preparation of standard documentation. Claus has special knowledge of and wide experience in organisation of cross-border financial transactions. In addition, he advises Danish and international fund managers, investment funds and hedge funds on fund management, and he also advises on the regulation of the financial sector, including the formation and operation of investment companies. Claus also advises foreign groups' Danish subsidiaries and a number of manufacturing, service and commercial companies, which he has often assisted in connection with acquisition or formation.
