Dr. Thomas Grädler Bio

Thomas Grädler advises clients on business law matters, in particular M&A transactions, corporate law and tax law matters. Thomas Grädler advises medium-sized corporations and partnerships, as well as their shareholders and partners, on all corporate law matters. He also counsels companies and financial investors on M&A transactions. He also provides tax advice to medium-sized companies, in particular in connection with corporate succession planning. Thomas Grädler is a lecturer at the University of Bayreuth and an associate professor at Steinbeis-Hochschule.
