A founding partner of the firm, Jürgen Honert counsels clients on matters of corporate law, in particular stock corporation law and corporate tax law. Jürgen Honert primarily advises stock corporations, including corporations that are listed on the stock exchange, on all matters of stock corporation law and capital market law. He also advises companies on matters of national and international tax law, including many restructurings. Jürgen Honert is the author of various academic books and articles and a member of several supervisory boards.
