A founding partner of the firm, jochen neumayer advises medium-sized companies as well as subsidiaries of foreign corporations, family-owned businesses, and their shareholders on matters of corporate law and tax law. One focus of his legal practice is advising clients on restructurings and M&A-transactions, corporate succession issues, and crisis situations. Jochen Neumayer regularly publishes journal articles on topics of corporate law and tax law. He is a co-author of the Handbook on German Limited Liability Companies (published by Dr. Otto Schmidt) and lectures on topics of corporate law and tax law.
