Kim Casey is a member of the firm practicing in the areas of commercial, bankruptcy and real estate litigation. Her professionalism and knowledge when representing lending institutions, other businesses and individuals in commercial, guaranty and real estate loan litigation is recognized in both state and federal courts throughout northern Illinois, including the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Kim also frequently represents owners, lenders, contractors and title companies in the litigation of mechanic’s liens, construction and contract disputes and other commercial matters in northern Illinois. Her extensive and varied experience has guided clients to successfully conclude multi-million dollar commercial property foreclosures, to obtain appropriate compensation in eminent domain matters, and to achieve desired results in all aspects of litigation, with a goal to efficiently manage the time and expense associated with litigation.
