Nicole Visco Bio

Nicole Visco is a corporate services attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office, where she focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), search fund transactions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Ms. Visco represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as strategic buyers and sellers in M&A transactions across a wide range of industry sectors. In addition, Ms. Visco advises clients on general corporate matters, including corporate governance, and is an active member of the firm's Search Funds practice. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Visco was a corporate attorney at another major international law firm.
