Kendall Wilson Bio

Kendall M. Wilson is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Tampa office. Ms. Wilson focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other strategic business transactions, in addition to corporate governance and advisory matters. Ms. Wilson also advises public companies and boards of directors on disclosure, governance and compliance requirements arising from federal securities laws. Specifically, she advises with respect to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, financial reporting and proxy statements. Ms. Wilson represents a range of clients, from private and emerging companies to public multinational corporations across various industries, including manufacturing services, consumer products, software and technology, banking and financial services, healthcare and hospitality.
