George L. Pita is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and member of the firm's Business Section. Mr. Pita's practice focuses on the representation of insured and underwriters in connection with transactional risk products, including the issuance of representations and warranties insurance (RWI) policies. Mr. Pita has advised in the underwriting of hundreds of RWI policies, and assists in the purchase of RWI for various buyers. Additionally, he is well versed in the RWI claims process. Mr. Pita has also served as primary deal counsel in numerous M&A transactions.
