Gary Schill Bio

Gary Schill is a corporate and tax attorney in Holland & Knight's Seattle office. Mr. Schill focuses his practice on advising emerging and established companies and investors in a broad range of business and transactional matters, including formation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate and partnership taxation, and IRS controversy matters. Mr. Schill is licensed as a certified public accountant (CPA). Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Schill worked for a Washington-based law firm. Previously, he was a manager at a Big Four public accounting firm, where he provided consulting, compliance and audit services to private equity firms, closely held businesses and large multinational public corporations.
