Daniel Ramos Bio

Daniel A. Ramos is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other general corporate matters. Mr. Ramos represents financial and strategic buyers, sellers and other persons in complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions across industries. Mr. Ramos also has substantial experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex lending transactions, including financings secured by fine art. While at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Mr. Ramos was a member of the Journal of International Law and served as a judicial intern for Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
