Christian Weinmann Bio

Chris Weinmann is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Seattle office. Mr. Weinmann has an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance and real estate. Mr. Weinmann provides legal advice to clients on a variety of topics, including assisting companies who are interested in acquiring or selling businesses in negotiated transactions of all sizes, on both the buy-side and sell-side. Mr. Weinmann takes a hands-on approach, managing every aspect of each deal. In addition, Mr. Weinmann has significant experience in advising search funds and independent sponsors on the full cycle of legal issues they face, including fund formation, target identification, structuring, debt and equity financing, acquisitions, business operations and corporate governance, add-ons and divestitures, and exit strategies across a range of industries, including technology, software, services, healthcare, manufacturing, aerospace, and defense and retail. He serves as outside general counsel to small and large companies, including family-owned businesses, funds, family offices and entrepreneurs, managing all legal matters related to their businesses. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Weinman was an attorney at a Seattle-based law firm.
