Khilen Devani practices in corporate law, specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital raisings and corporate governance matters. He regularly advises clients on Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules requirements, joint venture arrangements and shareholder disputes, initial public offers, corporate restructuring and refinancing and head office and governance issues. Khilen plays a pivotal role in complex corporate and commercial transactions. He provides advice on transaction structuring and strategy, the management of due diligence and leads the negotiation of transaction documents.
