Volker Geyrhalter is an experienced corporate partner who has handled a lot of M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. Volker often works for international clients, in particular from the U.S., on inbound transaction into Germany. He is praised by his clients for his strong project management skills and is the go-to lawyer for a pragmatic and solution-driven deal execution. He has particular strength in the technology, media and telecommunications sector but has also relevant experience in the life-sciences, industrial, automotive, aerospace and real estate sector. He is the author of various articles on corporate law in legal journals and co-author of the handbooks Transatlantic Mergers & Acquisitions and Rechtshandbuch Private Equity. Volker serves as Regional Lead of the Corporate & Finance practice group in Continental Europe and as a member of our global Corporate & Finance leadership team.
