Siew Kam Boon is the head of the Firm’s private equity practice in APAC. She practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and growth and venture capital, with significant experience in the technology, health care and life sciences, outsourcing, media, telecommunications, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), energy, infrastructure and resources industries. Ms. Boon has been involved in some of the largest highest profile transactions in Asia. Ms. Boon has been named the Top 30 under 40 lawyers for private funds by Private Equity International in 2017. Within Singapore, she has been listed in Best Lawyers in Singapore for corporate law since 2020 and has been ranked for Corporate and M&A work in Singapore in Chambers Global, Chambers Asia Pacific, Legal 500 Asia Pacific and IFLR1000. She has also been ranked as leading lawyer in the Startups & Emerging Companies chapter by Chambers Asia Pacific. Outside of Singapore, she has been recognized as a foreign expert based in Singapore for Indonesian Corporate and M&A in Chambers Global and Chambers Asia, and has been listed as an India A-lister in the Indian Business Law Journal in 2023 and 2024. Ms Boon has recently been recognized among Women Worth Watching in Leadership for 2024 in the Profiles in Diversity Journal.
