Peter Huber focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general corporate law advice. For a period of 18 months, Peter has held the position of Interim Head of Legal of a private investment fund with an investment focus on the internet industry and online business models, gaining first-hand experience in the tasks lawyers working in-house are confronted with. Peter studied law at the universities in Augsburg, Munich and Sydney.
