With over 25 years of experience advising clients, Paul Manca is a trusted advisor to U.S. domestic and multinational companies with respect to a wide variety of corporate and securities matters. He advises boards of directors, special committees and management teams on complex corporate and securities transactions and other strategic business matters in a variety of industries and sectors, including real estate, life sciences, energy, infrastructure and diversified industrials. Paul regularly advises his clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, complex joint venture transactions, collaboration agreements, and other strategic alliances. He also counsels his U.S. public company clients on corporate governance matters, securities compliance, and equity and debt offerings. Paul also heads the firm's Corporate & Finance practice for the Americas, a group consisting of approximately 350 attorneys covering eight practice areas across 18 offices.
