Bio

Paul Leroy is a partner in our Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions practice in Paris. He advises on corporate law, particularly on mergers and acquisitions and private equity accompanying private equity funds and managers in LBOs and capital development transactions. Prior to joining us, Paul worked at Weil Gotshal & Manges in the corporate department in Paris for four years and at Mayer Brown in the corporate department for four years.
