For more than 30 years, Luke Iovine has represented public and private companies and institutional investors in a wide array of mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. He works with companies and investors in a broad range of industries, including media, real estate, data center, telecommunications, financial services, among others. Luke’s practice extends beyond U.S. domestic transactions, and includes extensive experience advising clients with respect to transactions in various Latin American countries.
