Laurence Davidson understands the needs of clients and is experienced in getting deals done. He has helped clients successfully build, acquire and dispose of businesses across a wide range of sectors, including from real estate to natural resources, financial services to infrastructure and telecommunications to forestry. As a partner in our Corporate and Finance group, Laurence focuses on cross-border M&A and private equity. In addition, he provides structuring, transactional and strategic advice to a wide range of institutional investors, government entities and private enterprises. Based in Hong Kong since 2006, he has extensive experience representing clients on transactions throughout the Asia-Pacific region including China, the Philippines, Mongolia, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Sri Lanka, India and Papua New Guinea. He brings this experience to bear to successfully deliver projects in emerging markets as well as more developed jurisdictions.
