Jessica Bisignano advises both public and private companies in a variety of transactions and on day-to-day corporate legal matters. She works closely with clients to get to know their businesses, understand their strategic goals, and help them anticipate and resolve issues that arise during the course of a transaction or representation. Jessica focuses on U.S. and international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and commercial transactions. She also advises on SEC disclosure, compliance, and corporate governance matters. Jessica has represented companies spanning a number of industries, particularly in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, consumer, technology, and financial services sectors.
