Jessica A. Bisignano advises both public and private companies in a variety of transactions and on day-to-day corporate legal matters. She works closely with clients to get to know their businesses, understand their strategic goals, and help them anticipate and resolve issues that arise during the course of a transaction or representation. Jessica focuses on domestic and cross-border business transactions, representing public and private companies in a range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. She also advises clients on strategic investments and on SEC disclosure, and corporate governance matters. Jessica has represented companies spanning a number of industries, particularly in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, consumer, and financial services sectors.
