Helene Parent Bio

Hélène Parent is a partner in our Paris office and a member of our Corporate & Finance practice and Private Equity Transactions practice. Hélène is particularly known in the Tech, Life Science, and highly regulated industries. Hélène focuses primarily on private equity transactions, advising clients throughout the investment cycle, in LBOs and growth equity. She represents French and international funds on domestic and cross-border acquisitions. Hélène has a proven track record in public M&A, IPO and capital markets, representing issuers in French/US/HKSE initial public offerings, tender offers, and rights issue. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Hélène was a partner in the Corporate department of an international law firm.
