Etienne Drouard is one of the most prominent lawyers in France focusing on information technology, privacy and cybersecurity matters. In these fields, he is involved in public affairs, regulatory advice, contractual negotiations, investment operations, internal and administrative investigations, litigations, and national and international digital crisis management. Etienne advises and represents companies and public actors operating in a wide range of sectors: artificial intelligence, online services and media, e-commerce, social networks, online gaming, targeted advertising, mobility, transportation, healthcare, financial services, blockchain, cryptography and security technologies.
