Dr. Hanns Jorg Herwig has a perennial experience in advising on private equity and M&A, in particular management incentive programs, shareholders' agreements and warranty and indemnity insurances. Joerg has accompanied many international and national corporate and sponsor clients in their transactions, general corporate matters and restructurings. He regularly gives presentations on such topics. He is also a notary public in Frankfurt. Joerg is active in the German recruiting activities of Hogan Lovells. Joerg studied law at the Universities of Passau and Nottingham and holds a Master of European Law from the University of Nottingham and a Dr. iur. from the University of Passau. Joerg worked in New York for an international law firm and was seconded to an in-house legal department of a listed real estate stock corporation in Berlin.
