Derrik Forshee focuses his practice on corporate matters, guiding organizations through their most difficult transactions by offering practical, results-driven advice. During his career, he has commonly counseled clients in heavily regulated industries including: food, beverage, and agriculture; aerospace and defense; life sciences; education; technology; and diversified industrials. Prior to attending law school, Derrik worked as a paralegal at Hogan Lovells and another leading international law firm, where he focused on M&A transactions.
