Darcy Bisset makes energy and infrastructure projects work. Darcy is an experienced negotiator who listens to her clients' goals and produces effective, efficient solutions so that transactions can close and projects can operate. Darcy’s practice focuses on building, operating, buying, selling, and financing energy and infrastructure projects. She has experience with a broad variety of energy technologies including solar, wind, battery storage, SAF, nuclear, hydro, waste-to-energy, gas, and coal as well as electric vehicle charging infrastructure and battery manufacturing. Darcy advises developers, energy companies, utilities, equity funds, power purchasers, governmental entities, and other clients in the structuring of project contracts and related joint venture arrangements, the negotiation of project acquisitions, and the financing of projects and portfolios. Darcy is experienced in managing complex specialist teams for cross-border portfolio acquisitions, but also maintains an active practice in the negotiation of discrete project and operations contracts for small-scale and distributed generation facilities.
