Arnaud Deparday Bio

Since joining the corporate practice team in 2009, Arnaud has primarily focused on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions both on private and public companies as well as on private equity, restructuring and equity capital market transactions. Arnaud studied law at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and HEC (Post-graduate degree in Tax and Business Law 2007) and at Paris II Panthéon-Assas (post-graduate degree in Banking and Financial Law 2008) and he qualified as an Avocat à la Cour in 2009.
