David’s practice focuses on complex corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and significant investments. David also regularly advises clients in connection with commercial arrangements, including supply agreements, distribution agreements, sales representative agreements, license agreements, private label manufacturing agreements and joint venture agreements, both domestically and internationally. One of David’s specialties is representing Canadian and other foreign companies in expanding and operating their businesses in the United States, by way of acquisition, joint venture or existing business expansion. David represents businesses in a variety of industries, including insurance, oil and gas, biotechnology, real estate development and private equity. David exclusively practices U.S. law, is a Licensed Foreign Legal Consultant, in Ontario, Canada, and is admitted to practice in New York.
