Cristin Murray Bio

Cristin is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business Practice. She has represented domestic and international clients in a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Cristin also has experience in securities regulation and compliance, including public company reporting, and federal and state aspects of private offerings. While in law school, Cristin worked for the Appellate Bureau of the Erie County District Attorney's Office and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of New York.
