His role as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional underscores his commitment to sustainable practices in building design, construction and operation. With more than 25 years of experience representing real estate developer clients, he gets deals done in a direct, diligent and cost-effective manner. David also represents a portfolio of community, regional, and national banks, as well as other commercial lending institutions. He adeptly navigates various lending arenas, from traditional real estate secured loans, specialized construction financing, mezzanine financing, to multi-bank credit facilities and loan workouts. Davids’ experience extends to assisting business owners by creating, developing and negotiating complex asset acquisition, finance and leasing transaction structures to help them achieve their financial and business objectives. In addition to his legal experience, David has broad based, hands-on business and entrepreneurial experience, including U.S. and international business planning and operations as a principal and senior executive in the telecommunications infrastructure industry giving him an understanding of the practical business issues faced by his clients. David is also an Adjunct Professor at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, where he teaches Secured Finance.
