Alexander Montgomery Bio

Alexander Montgomery co-chairs Hinckley Allen’s Sports & Entertainment Group. He advises clients of all sizes and across all industries, ranging from global startups, emerging to public companies, and investors at all stages of the company life cycle. Alex concentrates his practice on the selection, protection, and enforcement of copyrights and trademarks, along with technology transactions and licensing matters, especially in the software space. He is well-versed in technology and licensing; cloud-based agreements; collaboration, strategic alliance and joint development agreements; and due diligence and other intellectual property issues in joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and venture capital and private equity transactions.
