Shantanu Sinha specialises in advising on public and private M&A transactions (both UK and cross-border) and complex joint ventures. He also has deep expertise in IPOs and fundraisings on the London Stock Exchange. Shantanu is ranked as a ‘Leading Individual’ in The Legal 500 (United Kingdom) and also been named as an ‘Acritas Star Lawyer’ by Acritas Stars™. Over a career spanning two decades, Shantanu has advised on a number of complex transactions across a broad range of sectors including hotels and leisure, real estate, technology, consumer products and media. His corporate expertise has seen him speak at various events such as Thomson Reuters TrustLaw and YPO’s International M&A seminar. He has also co-hosted a Lexis Nexis webinar on Boardroom Challenges and Shareholder Relations, and he frequently takes part in panel discussions.
